The Mustang Off-Campus program allows athletes to fulfill their off-campus school PE requirements at Mustang Cheer!
The Off-Campus P.E curriculum is a comprehensive training schedule that incorporates strength and conditioning, sideline cheer fundamentals such as perfecting motion placement and jump technique, developing a crowd presence, and tumbling progressions. The curriculum will vary each week.
To earn off-campus PE credit at your school, your athlete must complete a minimum number of program hours each week (requirements may vary by school). You will design a schedule that meets these hour requirements based on your athlete's needs. Off-campus hours can include scheduled off-campus PE sessions, classes, team practices, clinics, open gym, private lessons, competitions (up to 5 hours), and independent workouts.
The off-campus schedule is Monday - Friday 3:00 p.m - 4:00 p.m

A supplement to your athlete's cheer schedule, the HPHS Cheer Tryout Prep Program provides comprehensive training on hard floor running and standing tumbling, intermediate and advanced stunts, mini-mix and fight song feedback, plus strength and conditioning. The curriculum is designed to build on and enhance skills for your next tryout.
