Stunt Classes

Flex and Fly — Beginner Flyer Class (Limited Availability)
During this one hour class, flyer fundamentals are front and center in our Flex and Fly class. Our budding flyers will focus on mastering the critical body positions necessary for the air in the following stunts: preps, liberties, scorpions, heel stretches, and arabesques. These athletes will also go through flexibility training to develop the stretch necessary to master stunting skills in the air.

Flight Night — Intermediate and Advanced Flyer Class (Limited Availability)
For the more experienced flyer, Flight Night focuses on flyer technique and progression in stunts. Flyers will master skills at the extension-level and work up short stunt sequences. Finally, flyers will continue their flexibility training.

 Stunt Group Class — Call for Availability
Calling all bases and backspots! Take your stunts to the next level. Stunt groups will focus on stunt technique, perfecting skills, learning new skills, and trying innovative stunt sequences. Call us to schedule!
